Trackouts are arranged production exports, not original sample-library files. A listening preview or shortlist grants no recording or commercial-use rights. The license begins after completed payment and availability of the promised files.
Your record, with clear boundaries.
Make and release one new song using your original contribution and the beat. Your own song-promotion videos, official music video and live performances are included. Combined plays count legitimate reported audio plays and video views across permitted versions without double-counting the same play. Paid downloads and physical copies count toward the paid-copy limit. Third-party film, TV, advertising, game and stock placements need a separate agreement.
Your master. Shared composition interests.
You own your new combined master, subject to the beat license and disclosed source rights. F3NOM retains the preexisting beat rights he owns or controls. The agreement allocates 50/50 of the parties' collectively controlled, copyrightable composition interests after separately identified outside shares. It adds no producer master royalty. Actual authorship and outside shares must be respected; library sounds, public-domain material and uncopyrightable AI output do not acquire exclusive ownership through this license.
Credit and fair use.
Credit “Produced by F3NOM” wherever producer credits are supported. Composition, mechanical and performance royalties remain separate from master income and follow the actual agreed rights. Do not enroll the beat or new song in Content ID, resell the instrumental, sublicense it to another artist, or redistribute isolated sounds, samples or stock files. Ordinary distribution and monetization of your permitted song remain allowed.
Room to grow.
Request an upgrade before you exceed a usage cap. The base license fee you actually paid, excluding taxes and separate fees, is credited toward the then-current higher tier for the same buyer, beat and song. There is no cash payout or credit toward another song. Unlimited removes the play and paid-copy limits; it does not extend the ten-year term or transfer the beat. Trackout options are not currently open for purchase.
Refunds and support.
Request a full refund within 14 days if you have not downloaded the pack or used the beat. After download or use, change-of-mind refunds are not promised. Duplicate charges, missing delivery, materially wrong or misdescribed files, and failure of promised license rights are reviewed regardless. Email thirdlightworks@gmail.com with your order reference. Support acknowledges requests within five business days; a substantiated delivery defect is corrected within 14 days or fully refunded if timely correction is not possible. Mandatory consumer rights and payment-provider remedies remain protected.
Ten years, without automatic renewal.
Request renewal at least 30 days before expiry. Renewal needs a new written agreement; it is never automatically charged. Without renewal, stop new exploitation at expiry and promptly request withdrawal, with up to 30 days for operational takedown. A fixable material breach receives written notice and a 30-day opportunity to cure. The full agreement explains refunds, the effect of termination and legally required remedies.
Exclusives are a conversation.
All three listed tiers are nonexclusive. F3NOM can license the beat to other artists. Exclusive rights, files and price are negotiated separately, and earlier valid licenses survive for their remaining terms. Shared third-party sounds do not become exclusive. An inquiry does not reserve a beat.
Before you pay.
Check the exact beat, included recording files, chosen tier, full agreement, price and applicable tax at checkout. The agreement operates with your accepted order, completed payment and promised delivery. This page summarizes the standard terms; it does not create a license or open an unavailable product.
The practical difference: Release gives you stereo MP3 and 24-bit WAV files for one song. Studio adds separately approved trackouts and more usage headroom. Unlimited removes the usage caps. Studio, Unlimited and unresolved beats are not available for the stereo-first launch.
